Meet the Ginger & Jardine team!

How much do you know about the team behind the Ginger & Jardine brand? We were founded by Suffolk-based Lynne Jardine in 2019. Lynne is a country lady through and through, having grown up on a farm and spending her youth riding, helping with farming tasks and generally spending as much time as possible outdoors! After studying land management and then embarking on a successful corporate career in telecommunications, Lynne decided a change of direction was in order – and that’s when the idea for Ginger & Jardine was born. Lynne’s quest to create country clothing which was comfortable, stylish and practical (so perfect for busy, active country ladies!) led to her design and craft the bamboo fabric tops we all know and love today.

Now, after a very successful first 2 years and a legion of loyal customers supporters who adore the clothing, we would like to introduce you to Lynne’s daughter Emma. Emma has been supporting Lynne at events and back at our headquarters for the past couple of years and is keenly interested in helping to shape the brand. She’s now enjoying her first few months at Harper Adams University where she is studying business and marketing, but that doesn’t mean she’s stepped away from the brand! If you send us a message via Facebook or Instagram, the chances are that it’s Emma who is on the other end ready to help. Her excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensures customers who contact us on social media are looked after perfectly. And we need that support now more than ever, as the brand continues to expand and grow.

The past month has seen a flurry of amazing new products added to our website and it’s safe to say they’ve gone down a treat! From our first ever brand collaboration (with Glaze & Gordon to unveil the Hunt Jump Roll Neck) to the launch of some highly anticipated new colours of our bestselling cosy roll necks, we’ve been busy bees this autumn. We have also added new navy stock shirts in both a cosy winter weight fabric and a lighter weave which is perfect for those autumn days when the sun can still warm the air quickly. Our soft and cosy snoods have been restocked and we’ve added new colours to that line too, all ready for chilly late autumn and winter mornings when a little extra warmth around your neck is just the ticket.

If you haven’t taken a closer look at the new products yet we highly recommend a little browse! We’ve also restocked cosy roll necks in some of the checks we’ve stocked since our launch, which will be music to the ears of those who have been desperate to get their hands on them since spring. There are also still some amazing bargains to be had in our sale section, so why not treat yourself to some Ginger & Jardine goodies so you’re all set for whatever weather we get this winter?
