DELIVERY & RETURNS
COVID-19 – OUR STORE IS OPEN AND WE ARE CURRENTLY DISPATCHING ORDERS SAFELY AND ON TIME
Once we have received your order, we will send you an automated email with a unique reference number. We aim to dispatch all orders recieved by 9 am the same day you will be sent a further email to let you know your order is on its way. You should then receive your order within 3-5 working days (UK). If there is a problem we will let you know. Please note orders received over the weekend are sent the next working day.
UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY
Shipment within the UK is dispatched via Royal Mail services.
Standard delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days and costs £4.20. We offer free UK delivery on all orders of £80
Express delivery will take 1-2 working days and will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class/Parcel Force 24 Hour Service on a tracked service at a cost of £8.
Overseas orders will in most instances be sent via Royal Mail and their international partners.
European Union: £10
You should allow up to 15 working days from placing the order for delivery. There are delays due to Brexit and this may mean the delivery takes longer than usual. Please bear with us.
Rest of the world destinations: £25.00 (if available)
You should allow up to 20 working days from placing the order for delivery.
All local taxes are the responsibility of the customer, including import taxes.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. As a new brand we understand you will want to “try before you buy” and want peace of mind. If your items arrive and you don’t like them, they don’t fit or you simply change your mind, we will give you a full refund.
If you wish to return an item for a refund, please follow the instructions below:
- Email [email protected] to obtain a returns reference number within 14 days of receiving your item/s. This reference must be included in the parcel. We will also send you address details for the return.
- Please return your item within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
- Take the parcel to your local post office. We strongly recommend you obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office. We will only be responsible for returned products once received into our warehouse.
- We will give you a full refund or exchange as soon as possible but no later than 30 days of you returning the item(s). Refunds will be credited to the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
- Regrettably unless you are returning due to the items being faulty we will not reimburse return postage costs.
All products must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, undamaged and resalable condition with the original packaging.
Please note that we are unable to process refunds at events.
If you wish to exchange your purchase and the item you wish to exchange it for is is available on the website please go ahead and re-order and then follow the returns process above. Postage is payable for exchanged items.
