POSTAGE & RETURNS
COVID-19 – OUR STORE IS OPEN AND WE ARE CURRENTLY DISPATCHING ORDERS SAFELY AND ON TIME
Once we have received your order, we will send you an automated email with a unique reference number. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving them and you will be sent a further email to let you know your order is on its way. You should then receive your order within 2-3 working days (UK). If there is a problem we will let you know.
UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY
Shipment within the UK is dispatched via Royal Mail services.
Standard delivery will take approximately 2-3 working days and costs £3.50. We offer free UK delivery on all orders of £50
Express delivery will take 1-2 working days and will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class/24 Hour Service at a cost of £7.
Overseas orders will in most instances be sent via Royal Mail and their international partners.
European Union: £10
You should allow up to 8 working days from placing the order for delivery.
Rest of the world destinations: £25.00 (if available)
You should allow up to 10 working days from placing the order for delivery. All local taxes are the responsibility of the customer, including import taxes.
***CHRISTMAS EXCHANGES/RETURNS POLICY** For any order placed from now onwards, we have extended our usual 14 day returns period allowing you to return/exchange any item up until 31st January 2021.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. As a new brand we understand you will want to “try before you buy” and want peace of mind. If your items arrive and you don’t like them, they don’t fit or you simply change your mind, we will give you a full refund.
If you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund, please follow the instructions below:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a returns reference number within 14 days of receiving your item/s. This reference must be included in the parcel. We will also send you address details for the return.
- Please return your item within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
- Take the parcel to your local post office. We strongly recommend you obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office. We will only be responsible for returned products once received into our warehouse.
- We will give you a full refund or exchange as soon as possible but no later than 30 days of you returning the item(s). Refunds will be credited to the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
- Regrettably unless you are returning due to the items being faulty we will not reimburse return postage costs.
All products must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, undamaged and resalable condition with the original packaging. Please note that we are unable to process refunds at events.
