DELIVERY & RETURNS
Once we have received your order, we will send you an automated email with a unique reference number.
- We aim to dispatch all orders received prior to 9 am the same day and you will be sent a further email to let you know your order is on its way.
- Orders received after 9 am will go the following day.
- Orders placed during the weekend or on a bank holiday are sent the next working day.
UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY
We offer the following UK delivery options:
- Standard Delivery Royal Mail (3-5 working days) – £4.20
- Express Delivery Royal Mail (1-2 working days) – £8.00
- Orders weighing over 2kg will be sent Parcel Force – 48 Hr service for Standard Delivery and 24 Hr service for Express Delivery.
We deliver to US, Cananda, New Zealand, and South Africa offer the following international delivery options:
- UPS Standard US Delivery (7-10 working days) – £13.95
- UPS Standard Rest Of The World Delivery (8-10 working days) – £14.95
Unfortunately we have suspended our EU deliveries as we were finding deliveries take in excess of 5 weeks and customers are being charged excessive administration fees by couriers. We are working to resolve this.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. As a new brand we understand you will want to “try before you buy” and want peace of mind. If your items arrive and you don’t like them, they don’t fit or you simply change your mind, we will give you a full refund.
If you wish to return an item for a refund, please use the Returns Form which should be sent with your order to return the item/s to us.
- Please return your item within 14 days of receipt of the goods other than Christmas Gifts where the return window is open until 15th January 2022.
- We strongly recommend you obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office or other courier. We will only be responsible for returned products once received into our warehouse.
- We will give you a full refund or exchange as soon as possible but no later than 30 days of you returning the item(s). Refunds will be credited to the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
- Regrettably unless you are returning due to the items being faulty we will not reimburse return postage costs.
All products must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, undamaged and resalable condition with the original packaging.
Please note that we are unable to process refunds at events.
If you wish to exchange your purchase and the item you wish to exchange it for is is available on the website please go ahead and re-order and then follow the returns process above. Postage is payable for exchanged items.
