UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY
Shipment within the UK is dispatched via Royal Mail services.
Standard delivery is £3.50 and usually takes 2-3 working days. It is sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class or Royal Mail 48 Service.
Express delivery is available at £7 and usually takes 1-2 working days. This is sent using Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail 24 Service.
European Union: £10
You should allow between 10 working days for delivery from placing the order.
Rest of the world destinations: £25.00 (if available)
All local taxes are the responsibility of the customer These include all import taxes. Overseas orders will in most instances be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and signed for service.
We reserve the right to deliver goods up to 28 days after date of order although we expect to process orders within 1-3 business days. Worldwide shipping is sent via Airmail. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to adhere to their local tax regulations; this includes import duty and VAT.
Once we have received your order we will send you an automated email with a unique reference number. We will send you a further email once we have posted your items and that payment has been taken from your card. You should then receive your order within three to five working days (UK) unless otherwise notified.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. As a new brand we understand you will want to “try before you buy” and want peace of mind. If your items arrive and you simply do not like them, they don’t fit or you just change your mind we will give you a full refund.
If you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund, please follow the instructions below:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a returns reference number within 14 days of receiving your item. This reference must be included in the parcel. This will also include a returns address for your to use.
- Attach the address details to the parcel. Please return your item within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
- Take the parcel to your local post office. We strongly recommend you obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office. We will only be responsible for returned products once received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
- We will give you a full refund or exchange as soon as possible but no later than 30 days of you returning the item(s). The price paid for correctly returned products will be credited by the same method of purchase.
- Regrettably unless you are returning due to the items being faulty we will not reimburse return postage costs.
All products must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, undamaged and resalable condition with the original packaging. Please note that we are unable to process refunds at events and can only accept exchanges.
